Why they have increased? Any idea? Bad reputation of amazon and candidate retention could be that one. But insane salary like this will lead to more competition.

If they have raised it for incoming college grads then I think they ll do some kind of correction for existing SDE1s also in annual OLR.
Most likely not, companies rarely correct current employee's compensation. They might do it for TT guys but definitely not everyone.
