Amazon India refuses to issue relieving letter

#amazon #hr My friend left Amazon India due to toxic work culture in the team. He was a victim of classic switch and bait by the recruiter. He was hired for a position which was nonexistent at the time. He was shifted between teams as head count. The recruiter had no ethics and purely hired him to meet his hiring targets. The actual location of the job was different than what was specified. He had to pay a significant amount of money for leaves he had to take due to health issues due to the frequent commute to actual team location.
