Is my understanding correct on internship: Amazon hires pool of interns and then teams get to pick interns from the pool if they need one for summer? Also what are some of the red flags usually Amazon interviewers look for in a candidate during the final video/screen share round for interns?
They donโt care about behavioral at all. Just pass the coding questions and u will be fine. We donโt get to pick interns we just let the hiring people know we have openings for number of interns. Itโs all assigned so skill matching is nonexistent. Good luck
If teams don't pick interns then how or who assigns interns to the teams?
Iโm not sure who assigns them. Iโm assuming random. And we just get a list of interns coming to the team up to the number of interns we requested
