Outside of understanding/applying the leadership principles, is there anything in particular that would help me prepare for a sales role interview at Amazon? Thank you! TC 92k
No one will ask you tell me about your 'Bias for Action' or 'Ownership' or 'Customer Obsession'. The interviewer will ask you general questions like tell me about a project where you took on more than you were supposed to. Now depending on your answer the interviewer will can gauge anything from 1 to 9 LPs. This post could help you prepare for LP: https://www.rooftopslushie.com/request/Amazon-Senior-Technical-Program-Manager-Onsite-Interview-215
Thank you so much!
I am interviewing currently, and they asked me about LPs, indirectly. I did a sht ton of research before hand and linked everyone to a story and they seemed to like that.
Very helpful. Thank you!
I interviewed today and was surprised that the HM asked no LP questions. He got into the weeds of my experience and focused on KPIs (important in PM).
My bar raiser was a sales guy and we only discussed LPs for about 5 min. The rest of the time was discussing ourselves and our interests, both work and non work related
Did you pass your bar raiser?
