The massive #build-system requires as many as three authentications to work. The #security wouldn’t be so bad, but the system consists of many layers that start making a Yocto build look simple. Along with this is a massive amount of online documentation. The problem is that sometimes it’s like the proverbial “needle in a haystack.” Not only that, the documentation is not well-curated, and many documents are outdated, yet still come up in searches at the top of the list. Some of the software binaries are nigh impossible to debug.
