Working as Amazon L5 past 1.5 years. YoE - 3 years TC - 38lakh Have offers from SumoLogic for SDE2 and Google L3. SumoLogic TC - 48lakh (35-base, bonus-7, stocks-6/yr) Google - 43 (22-base, bonus - 15%, stocks- 17/yr) Team I matched to is Google store (they're starting new business vertical out of BLR office). Do you think going to Google would be good idea, considering I've been down-levelled to L3 (was considered for L4). How much should I expect as compensation from Google.
Why on earth you planning to join Google? L3 is entry level that too shitty office in blore.
What's the price that recruiter is claiming for stocks ? Though the stock is not 0 as Google might consider it may not be as high as 10L.

You should continue interviewing in other faagmul. Sumologic ipo is not certain given the economic situation. So the 10 lakh of stocks may take a long time to materialize if it happens indeed. Google L3 is a non starter. If you have come this far you can do better in subsequent tries.
Sumologic can't do for your resume what Google can. Just another thought.
