Amazon L6 PMT Salary Range

Hi, I got an initial Amazon offer for L6 PMT in Seattle. Its ~275K for year1 TC (not in AWS). I am wondering what's the upper range for L6 PMT and what's realistic as final offer, with or without a good compete offer? I hear 300K as high end for L6 PMT but then can see some posts for 345, 360, 380K etc. as final offers. YOE - 10+, currently at Microsoft #amazon
