Thanks. I basically asked for a increase in total comp. Sign on bonus increase is possible and may be some RSU's. The competing offer was 225K, now even they came back with $250K lol. I don't know if Amazon can match it. The recruiter said I could probably at Max get you 10K in sign on.

Then the base is really good. Rest is decent or good too. You can try negotiating on RSUs but that's about it. Amazon recruiter would have probably already given you a sense of where this offer stands w.r.t. the level.
