What's the different between PM and PM Tech in role and salary? Aren't both product managers?

Salary gap is 10-15% . Tech requires additional expertise like sql/ux/python etc. and more collaboration with engg/developers etc.

Very difficult to believe that Amazon will exceed your current TC.

      I don’t think so.
265K TC is way above the range for L6 Non Tech PM.

    Don’t count on more than $260k. Non-tech L6 PM’s are a dime a dozen at Amazon.

Are you a non tech PM at T Mobile ? If so, what kind of project or team do you work in? I would love to move to T Mobile into a Product role if their pay is competitive as they have a better WLB

265K is the top of band for an L6 PMT. Non-Tech PM is close to 240K.

You should push for principal pm role at Amazon given your salary and experience.

Not sure. But an L6 takes 3 year at best to become L7..most of the PMs have no path to L7

Yeah I'd say the average is much closer to 220. Might match your current comp if you are lucky
