If you compare it to a UK / Germany offer - it is on the lower edge for L7, but there is surely a gap with Italy.

which part of EU is that? seems like half of the director comp at B amsterdam
No other inputs? Any reference for non-tech L7 in EU is useful, even outside Italy. I struggle to get even an idea as US comp is just non comparable here. Spain anyone? Lux?
There are no more than 5 tech L7 in Spain I think so good luck finding them here.

So an L7 in Europe makes the equivalent salary of a bootcamp graduate with 2-3 years of experience in the bay area, nice
