If you havent faced the situation asked in the LP round, can you directly say you havent faced it and ask your interviewer to ask you something else? or just cook something up right then and there? got an onsite coming up in a week. LP = Leadership Principles
Prepare 2 stories for each lp. Make them up if you have to. There's a linkedin article that some recruiters share written by an l8 that literally says he would be more impressed if an interviewer can fabricate one.
Can you share the link?
On mobile so it's hard. Just Google Amazon leadership principles linkedin David anderson
I told them i have not faced it. Still got an offer. If u wanna fake it, do it smoothly. Else, they will grill u.
If you cannot come up with some sort of example for each one I think you better reconsider if working at Amazon is for you. The LPs are your decision making framework at Amazon. How do you think you are going to be successful. FWIW, been here almost 8 years and always know when someone is bs’ing. Most times I smile, don’t call them out but know instantly I am voting against.
Amz interview is not testing you at all. If anything it's just to make you feel there is bar and you passed it. They'll just hire you and if you don't fit in at all you'll be put on PIP.

I am starting to think Chinese interviewers currently fail non-Chinese candidates on purpose.
LP = long play = the black record before the CDs came out?
