Amazon Loop Interview for Sr PMT
I just received my virtual loop schedule. Total 5 sessions, 1 hr each. In two of the sessions, there are 2 interviewers, other sessions only have one interviewer. - Is this common to have multiple people in one session? - Will these 2 interviewers will ask 2 LDP questions each = 4 LDP in a single session? - Does the HM interview alone? - Does the bar raiser always be alone? Or it is possible that BR is present in one of these 2 people teams ? Thanks, #pm #amazon
Yes, very common. 2nd interviewer is shadow who is learning about interview process. No, you won’t be asked 4LPs. They both or just one will ask you 2LPs Not neccesary that HM interviews alone.HM can have shadow interviewer . BR can be shadowed by BRIT( BR in training)

I know I should not repeat my stories, but should I be repeating my stories from phone interviews / screenings ?
Repeating some stories between interviewers is fine, repeating phone screen stories is definitely fine

I had two people in the bar raiser part of my loop, one was new and shadowing the other. I would imagine they do it for people new to interviewing as well.
