Hello there, I have an interview scheduled for Network support engineer with Amazon. I know a bit about NDE interview process but not a clue about network support engineer interview. I don't find much on glassdoor or blind as well Can someone share any inputs please? Also @amazon people please share if you know the difference between both roles? Thanks.
Network support engineer is not NDE, it is Support engineer job, providing support for customers with virtual networking setups/problems
I work with NDEs at my current job, NDE means Network Development Engineer and they are very capable engineers that work on the guts of the service for Amazon

I am not at Amazon, but i recently cleared the loop, it depends of the group that you are interviewing for, they have some on call rotation as well as you will work on projects but I'll let the NDEs give more details
