Is that only first year bonus or 2 years accumulated? Generally amazon gives ~50k bonus total

Enjoy your youth and don’t be a slave to Amazon. Look at blind for culture at amazon. Up to you what you truly value

Nordstrom ECQx37 Aug 25, 2021

From someone who worked at Nordstrom and then amazon. If you value WLB and a great team culture, it doesn’t get better than Nordstrom. If you are looking for brand value and money(in the initial offer), Amazon is for you. Nordstrom’s tech stack is at par with most of the FAANG companies, they are using the latest and greatest technologies in most teams.
