Did anyone ever face an issue with this ? My new company is reviewing it. I don’t work in AWS and am joining a financial firm P.S. Am just an SDE-2 nothing fancy! #amazon New firm place - New York City TC: 350k

If you are in California, non-compete is not forcible.

Reviewing non compete is standard practice esp in fin and fin tech. You'll be fine
