Hello all, Just received an internal offer from Amazon for an exempt L4 nontech role with leadership component (supervising a team of 4-6 coordinators) in fulfillment center. The offer is $66k, 20 RSU’s, no signon bonus, TC $80k. I could not believe this offer!! Why would the offer be so low? I’m going to counter offer, but even 15% more base pay is low. I’m open to any and all recommendations for this situation.

Non tech Fulfilment center L4 I am genuinely curious what your expectations are and how much are other companies paying? That should help you figure out how your offer is
Supervisor in the Bay Area for any company does not make $66k base salary. This is a low base salary, period! I’m trying to understand how the Internal Transfers Team (ITT) came up with this offer.
Looks high per a quick Google search. What is your expectation?
Lol this is an L4 position. L4 area managers supervise 50-150 people and have a similar base. Idk what you were expecting
What is current role and TC?
Counter only if you have another option available
The offer is for an L4 position(post college entry level) in a fulfillment center. Do you really expect to get a six figure base?
Sorry I am late to this but how did it go with you? I have received a similar offer and wondering if I should take it.
I don't understand if you meant comparing Amazon offers in Seattle vs. Bay area, or you mean comparing Amazon offer with other companies' offer in the Bay area. If the first, then it's expected. I had my offer from Amazon for the Bay originally, but due to some issues I decided to live in Seattle, so I asked them to change the offer for Seattle (all of this was before the start date). The difference between the two offers was laughably minimal (very normal for Seattle, but too low for the Bay).
