How to relocate out of Blue areas?
What leadership principles do i have to focus for the interview. I just got 2 intern experiences which Sums up to just 6 months of experience and I'm yet to graduate.
Read this.. Somehow amazon believes in these deeply.
Be positive and friendly. Never listen to the negative advice here. We all got a first job at some point. Focus on your internships. This is your work experience and what got you to the interview
thanks man. trying to get my first job
They won’t ask you about the leadership principles directly, however, they will ask you behavioral questions that are based on them. I would focus on documenting 10-15 examples from your internship using the STAR method and make sure you share the details. This was my approach and I got an offer.
Focus on all leadership principles. There’s only 14. Each interview will focus on 1-2 leadership principles. Sometimes they’ll tell you what they are, sometimes they won’t. Try to spin all your stories so they showcase how good you are at whatever leadership principle you think they’re interviewing on
You will not be asked about frugality or hire and develop the best. Those are manager LPs
Basically how you would suck your managers dick so they don’t pip you out
is it that bad ?
Lol chad just can’t leetcode
