BREAKING: Internal sources confirm another round of layoffs just hit emails at Tesla. For real.
I couldn't find much information about this role on blind other than total compensation RSUs and bonuses, the usual blinder stuff. Looking for more info about the role, work life balance, shift patterns, number of direct/indirect reporting for this level, PIP experience, how legit 49lbs weight lifting requirement is 😄 Please DM me or ask for DM if anyone can share experience with me. I have 6+ YOE in Process Engineering and I am at the peak of my experience. My goal is to get operations experience to add on to my technical knowledge to get to the next level. #tech Current TC : $170 Current company : #Rivian Location: Illinois #amazon #operations
You are not going to want to be an ops manager at Amazon.
I have the same feeling. But I really need this experience. Any suggestions for other roles?
Amazon has process engineering roles. Why not look for those? I would steer clear of anything that operates exclusively at a site, but go for a corporate role. Better experience and better WLB.
Depends on what role, some can have 500 or more during peak. I heard their comp has been comma down as last few years they were way over comped due to stock rise
I'm okay with comp if I get the right exp.
What wlb? Lol
Lol. Let's say "work life harmony". Like average work hours weekly.
