Also depends on your manager. Mine has never kept track of my PTOs or vacations and I hardly ever officially log it.

I think I get 4-5 weeks of PTO/PD a year, but I’ll be honest, I never log any of it, my boss doesn’t care.
You accrue vacay here, and depends on level but I don’t think you can take 3 weeks once you first start.
At J.P. Morgan you can take all your days but you pay back whatever you didn’t accrued if you leave before they do, you think it’s the same?
Not from my experience. If you try to borrow days you have to get it approved, which is easier for corporate workers as opposed to FC. But seriously though, if you’re looking for good PTO, Amazon ain’t the place.
