Hey Everyone I had heard that the onsite for Amazon PM is 6-8 hours with 6-8 people in the loop. I have an onsite soon which is going to be a 4 hours thing with 4 interviewers. I’m yet to talk to the recruiter for a prep call but I was hoping to get some insight from some who might have had experience about this. Again, this is for a non-tech PM position. How’s the experience? What’s the interview focus - purely leadership principles? What to be especially prepared for? I’d really appreciate some experience sharing here 🤘🏻
Also you need to know how to start from the customer and work backwards to a product.

Hello I have an on-site coning up. Could you point me to by questions for each leadership category?
Hmmm... so everyone thinks LPs are the way to go.
