PS followed by 4-5 onsites typically conducted by QAM/SDM/TPM, last being a BR. On-site rounds will primarily focus on 2 aspects, your project management and people management skills. In project management, you'll be gauged not only on your delivery aspects but also on vision, strategy and roadmap. In people management, it focuses on handling high/low performers, addressing conflicts, goal setting, etc.
