They take the leadership principals very seriously. 50% of the time will be spent on them. If you nail them youâll have a good shot at being hired. Seriously, prep a few examples to talk about for each principal. Plenty of people nail the algorithms and get rejected because of LPs Theyâll be willing to pay you more if they think youâll be a good fit, LPs really help with that too.
