Options are contracts that gives you the right to buy or sell a financial product at an agreed upon price for a specific period of time. Amazon doesn’t give you options but RSUs

Raise is on base salary Target comp for 2023 was $250k but dropped to $220k with stock drop It did increase for 2024 from $240k to $270k

MS lags behind the the other FAANGs when it comes to RSU rewards. That's where the comp difference is, on base pay you guys are not that far behind iirc. MS only catches up for senior hires, like partner level I believe.
Yeah even after upping refreshers they still really lag. Seniors from FAANG often transfer in as staff level (principal at Microsoft) just to maintain comp
