Severely underpaid RSUs as usual. People get 50-100k RSUs per year as external offer in the US.

Same here, i ve got about 210k tc offer for internal relocation, feels like lowball compared to new ranges for L5 -320k+
320k for internal transfer ? . I thought it goes around 250
External hires, lol internal transfer is always on lowest bracket - 200k
