SDE3 at Amazon Bay Area, recently promoted. What’s the equivalent level at Twilio? TC: 436k

Stock has appreciated quite a lot, nothing fake. I’m just listing what I’ll make for the next 2 years
How was your interview experience like?
Have not interviewed, I want to see if I can level up there and get 500k+.. trying to find levels that would pay that kind of salary
why do you want to leave amzn?
I don’t want to leave, I’d be nuts to leave all the stock behind ( if it holds value, I do believe in the stock long term), want to interview outside and see my standing and if I get a higher offer, possibly leverage it to negotiate higher TC at Amazon.
I doubt many can match that stock appreciation. I know of an L6 (somewhere between SDE3 and principal at amzn) engineer at airbnb making that much (half of which is paper money ofc) who got a matching all cash offer at nflx.
That’s your current tc. What’s your target comp at amazon? It’s unlikely (not impossible) that they will match or beat stock appreciation like amazon.
