Amazon SDM offer evaluation Seattle

Hello I have an offer for SDM role based out of Seattle for Alexa team. Base:158k Sign on: 244k(yr1)/184k(yr2) Stocks : 163 units (5/15/40/40) TC: 427k Current TC:320k YoE: 12yrs I tried to negotiate on base and stock, however the recruiter is adamant that this is max of L6 band and the best offer. Is this a good offer for L6 SDM? #amazon
