Amazon SE II in Canada
I've been recently making a transition from Solutions/Support Engineering role to Software Engineering. I'm at the initial stage of a Software Engineer II role at Amazon. I'm curious what the compensation range may look like in 2023, in either Toronto or Vancouver? How to best prepare for the interview? I've been reviewing things on Glassdoor. I recently started using leetcode so I'm wondering how far I should prepare in terms of LC. Thanks for any help.

Sde ll Vancouver here. Tc is around 175 145 base + 30 rcus I am with amazon for 5 years, due to that my rcus are pretty low atm. sde ll was my 3rd promotion so every promotion drags my tc down compared to being hired from market
