Hey guys, what base pay and TC can be expected for L6 Non tech Senior Program Manager in Seattle? Amazon Fresh organization Edit: The recruiter told me that they can give $130k as base (max) and for sign-on and RSU, she doesn’t know because it all depends on interview and interviewers don’t share it with her either. Appeared strange to me but it’s my first time applying, so relying on the team blind community. How much shall I expect for sign-on and RSU? YOE: 5 (as Program Manager) Total yoe: 12 (I was civil engineer before getting into non tech PM role)
I just heard mid 300s for an L7.. so maybe 250 is doable for l6
Just updated my post with an edit of what recruited told me about base pay.
Please share your final numbers when you get them :) coincidentally I have similar background in civil and also transitioning!
Did you interview with Amazon yet? If so, did you get it? Mine is still under process.
Yes, I got it. Starting late July. Was a bit of a slog since my original role was probably subject to a freeze, so they shopped me around to other hiring managers.
180 to 220 TC for external hires depending on your experience.
