If I am offered 148k base + 90 RSUs, is that good? How much more I can negotiate? YOE: 6 yrs as developer and 9 yrs as product manager

So, roughly 220K per year? You can ask for more RSUs, but the base is more difficult to move and you won’t gain that much there as it is capped.

I had a vp exception as they deemed me close to l7 when I joined. My total comp was ~285. However I became a manager and just hired L6 at ~302 TC, with no exception.
