Base - 100k Bonus - 20k for year 1 and 20k for year 2 Stocks - 35 units 6 YOE + Masters What a joke ! Asked them to not even send the offer by email.
What's your masters in? 6 YOE as PM?
2 years as a PM, 2 years in Quality and 2 years in Manufacturing. MS in Supply Chain.
Seattle? Yeah lowballed you maybe cuz you are from Micron/Idaho?
Yes, Amazon in Seattle. They tried lowballing thinking everyone in Idaho is paid peanuts. Now I think Micron pays really well. Lol
Why L5? Apply for L6
Wasn’t sure about those things when I applied.
It is program manager and is line with the median pay for L5 PMs. It is a non tech role, primarily for operations planning in supply chain. You should have interviewed for product roles or other tech roles.
Which of the tech roles pay well and involves tech? 5 YOE. BMW, Tesla and Bosch. All supply chain program management.
I’m not interested in tech roles, it’s probably because I should have applied for an L6 or L7. Thanks !

Israeli precision-guided munition likely killed group of children playing foosball in Gaza, weapons experts say
That's lower than new grad software engineer. The interns make that base rate
@eng56 Yes, quite pathetic.
What is the actual role? Product Manager tech or Program manager non-tech? If non tech this is OK for L5. For product, it's rather low.
