Amazon Support Engineer vs Paytm Money Software Engineer (Backend)

Fresher here. I've got an offer from Paytm Money (Software Engineer ) and Amazon (Support Engineer ). I've started as an Intern at Paytm Money which will be converted to full time offer after my graduation. Now Paytm Money is paying me shit because i'm from a no name college but there I've been allocated a new feature that we are building from scratch which will definitely boost my profile and knowledge. On the other hand idk what to expect from Support role at Amazon. Since it's beginning of my career i care about learning and not about wlb or money although it matters but definitely not the priority. In my mind, I'm thinking of going with Software Engineering because i like taking up responsibilities, leadership roles & take ownership of the product/feature but in case of Support role idk why but i think even if i'll have money i won't love what i'm doing, maybe maintaining and monitoring stuff. I wanna make a rational decision so I would like to know your opinion. Also how easy is it to transition from Support Engineer to Software Engineer. PS: I might be wrong about roles and responsibilities of a Support Engineer so fell free to correct me.
