Expecting offer from Amazon Seattle. L6 Manager Recruiter told me that it will be around 350K TC. Is it in line as others? Which factor should I give more importance (given the base is capped) - Stocks or Bonus? Any tips for negotiations?

I highly doubt that they would make an offer for 350k. 310 to 320k is a good offer
Here are the numbers: Base - 160 Bonus - 170/150 RSU’s -250 No room for negotiation. I tried above trick but did not change anything. Any other tips?

Definitely SDM, TPM wont be this high
I just joined as an L5 manager and wasn’t able to negotiate much. I think you can always negotiate a little on RSU and Bonus though especially if you have other offers.
How much TC they offered you?
260k which I heard is starting band for L6
