Amazon Tax non tech tax manager comp
Hi I’m interviewing with Amazon for a non tech role- i would be coming in as a tax manager with 7 years of experience and CPA licensed. What is the total comp range for this kind of role at Amazon and what’s the appropriate breakout of base vs TC? There’s so little info out there and non tech comp is not available on levels so any info here would be helpful before i get back to recruiter. Thanks. Current TC: $165k #tax #cpa

Did you accept the role and at what compensation? TC: 170K
This is probably l6 and $180k-$200k total comp
I saw a post from 1.5 years ago that TC at a comparable company was around 180-200. Do you think TC increased 1.5 years later like 10-20%?
Not likely at Amazon as it’s non tech and they don’t value it as highly Just interview around and get offers then you will have negotiation power
