Amazon Team Match and candidate survey

Recently attended hiring event. Recruiter said he will work on team match and get back in 2 weeks. Meanwhile got Candidate survey. Does that mean this loop is closed or still wait for the recruiter to come back. His committed 2 weeks for team match is not over. Anyone experienced similar situation?
