48 shares ($160k) vested 5/15/40/40. $65k signing bonus first year and $50k signing bonus second year After those 48 shares are given (4 years), how would the salary be compensated to not just be the base?
Depending on your comp, stock growth, performance you'll be given additional stocks which would vest following years
