Does anyone have insights about Amazon Workforce Staffing team? My wife got a call from them a few weeks ago for a position in the US. They said the team is growing and they have positions in Europe as well, so the location is flexible. She is a Research/Data Scientist (7YOE). Awesome, thanks for the quick reply!! Her role is Data Scientist. I believe it's L5. She has 7 years of experience. I'd like to learn more about a few things: 1) Work-like balance: according to this post it doesn't seem like a good place: https://www.teamblind.com/post/BumkvWFg?cid=8528369 3) Team visibility: the position doesn't focus on a core product, so I'm not sure if the team gets a lot of visibility/credibility when compared to other Product/Eng Data Science teams. 4) Salary range. As for the location, they said they're flexible because the team is essentially remote. But we are thinking about either Seattle or somewhere in Europe (we have both citizenships). Really appreciate your help.
