Amazon and Google international reporting
At microsoft we have most of our international teams that report up to an evp of sales and marketing. We also have a few select engineering teams that report to redmond. How does amazon and google work? Will business jobs report to Corp or do they report to a sales and marketing leader? Eg - who does scott Beaumont at google report to?

There’s a few teams in India that report to Seattle. I know a Coral team does.
We don’t have the weird abstracted subsidiary model that Microsoft has for non-US markets. Think you’re pretty unique in doing that.
