Left Amazon last August and am interviewing to boomerang back, but at a higher level. My main question is, if you’re a boomerang, do HMs/interviewers have access to see your old Forte feedback, etc… or reach out to your old managers? Curious because I believe if they did this, it would actually give me a leg up in the process.

They cannot check with last manager. Officially there is a policy on this. You will be interviewed as a fresh candidate based on ur experience. HM here.
