Amazon canada SDM L5 - Offer evaluation
L6 down levelled to L5 Base : 155k Bonus 1st year: 40k over 12 months Bonus 2nd year : 35k over 12 months RSU : 60 - (5/15/40/40) Exp: 12 years All amounts in CAD Recruiter said, the base and RSU are maxed out already. How is the offer, should I negotiate the bonus?
