Amazon interview process...completely automated
I have a friend going through Amazon's interview process. He's on the third round and still hasn't spoken to a recruiter. They sent him an assessment, he passed it, then got passed to team matching, did that, and still hasn't spoken with a real person. Is anyone else a fan of the automation?

I just went through the interview process. First step is initial recruiter email that sends you the HackerRank online assessment, the next and final step is a 4-panel interview that is four hours long (3 SWE interviews and 1 manager). Between the 1st and 2nd interview I got a survey for team preference.
Yeah, we are building the next part of it now. No one will speak to you after joining either and it will put you on PIP automatically after 3 months
