Can anyone give me a clue of this situation, I applied to Amazon last summer and I thought I did very well in all interviews, like I prepared for the Leadership principles with situations and did very well in the technical interviews, I did not feel there was one interview that was odd or problematic at all, anyway the recuriter came back to me saying the bar raiser veto'ed the offer and they wont move forward, I felt really disappointed specially that they refused to tell me what went wrong. Anyway, six months later and I applied for tons of similar jobs with referrals and everything and I got nothing from them, I can't imagine what kind of feedback the bar raiser gave me as I thought I can apply after six months. So my question is if the bar raiser veto something this means 1 or 2 years to cool off, or 6 months? Any suggestions to know what the feedback was? @Amazon #Interviews
I’ve gotten offers there. It’s usually 6 months for same role (SDE). But if bar raiser felt you butchered a LP, then cool off can be up to 2 years.
