A friend told me Amazon is the sweat shop on the other side of the world. In other words it is a TCS in disguise. I realized that - Both pay average to low in their sectors. 1. Amazon is the world's worst "big" tech company. It is an insult to any company to be compared with Amazon. 2. Amazon is an unapologetically evil company. Many companies offer low pay and give less perks but none have the aggressive mandatory firing quotas as Amazon. That is the real cancer. Anyone signing Amazon’s offer at this point is accepting strong possibility of pip and mental health decline along with the rest of terms and conditions.
