Amazon just lies to users.
Third time now where i apparently ordered something FROM Amazon, that was out of stock. They literally don’t have it and they have the shipping date listed and everything. I went back, they still have the items listed with shipping days sooner than a rep said would be available. In the U.S. in the bay and tried in other city as well
This means the item was available in NYR but not yet on a shelf to be sold. Didn’t get put on a shelf in time for your original ship date
But if I go to my order and order it again, it shows delivery date sooner than original, is that possible?
If it gets stowed at another nearby location within Air shipment distance, yes
Customer obsession is down the drain since Andy took over. I have experienced similar experiences. Amazon india customer service is a joke and fraud. They also silently removed 2 day shipping.
What country? If this is India, I concur. Amazon India is a bunch of frauds. There is a bug difference between Amazon North America and Amazon India customer experience overall. The Amazon.in system sucks and the customer reps constantly reroute you when chatting with them.
