Will Amazon match E5 Facebook offer if I have L5 offer from them currently? Fb e5 = amzn l6

At which level at Amazon you’d comfortably get 350k and more? That would be an E5 analog.

Amazon seems to have pretty narrow comp bands for level, doubt they can match E5 offer with L5 offer.
You can if they really want you. Needs VP approval etc. They will only match comp not change your level.
Even with vp approval I don’t think that would happen for a L5
Only in Bay Area will Amazon come close to FB. But FB usually wins the cross.
Amazon won't automatically offer L6. Since you have an L5 offer, it'd be subject to L5 band cap which is much less than 350K. You can try you luck interviewing for L6 role but given that you got an L5 offer it seems they didn't consider it worth pursuing an up leveling.
