Can you please share the tc breakdown between base, stock and sign-on bonus?
160 base, 193 signon bonus in the first year, 143 in second year. That’s all cash. Stock is 250ish shares vested using their standard vesting schedule which is 5%/15%/40%/40% over the first four years.

Any tips on negotiations?
I wish I had asked for more! They asked me what I wanted my total compensation to be. I gave them a number that I thought, based on various sources, was probably higher than what they would want to do. I expected them to negotiate but they didn’t! Just gave me what I asked for. So my advice is: Ask for more than you think you should.
Great advice but better advice would be to know your own market value. Study and survey first.
