Amazon offer SDE 2, negotiation between 3 teams? Devices vs Logistics
Hello, I just got offer for SDE 2 in Seattle, TC not yet to decide and my recruiter are scheduling for phone call with 3 different teams. Just a few questions: 1. Is that possible to negotiate on the fact that I have 3 teams interested? 2. I am scheduled to interview with Microsoft and Google in 1 month, is that possible to extend the deadline for offer or use this fact to leverage it? 3. Devices retail team vs Logistics team? 4. TC range? Exp: 5 years for a small and midsize finance companies in New York. Thanks,

Unrelated to your questions .. can you comment on your interview process, type of questions, etc.
that was a very quick process. Recruiter contacted me beginning of July, did online assessment (90’ 1 LC easy 1 LC medium + survey stuffs) then onsite 2 weeks after. It was a hiring event with 4 interviews, each with 20’ LP + follow up questions and then technical part. 1 LC medium, 1 SD, 2 OOD with a bit of coding. 45’ each interview and 5’ at the end for asking questions. Interviewed on Friday, result came on next Monday morning. So 4 weeks in total from initial contact to offer.
