Hi, I have applied for L5-oracle DBA role @Amazon and they offered base pay around 110k-140k and total comp around 150-160k. I am currently working as contractor through one of the consultancy and getting around 180k. i want to know the salary range for L5 Oracle DBA @ amazon. What is your years of experience? Also that is a weak offer. Don't let them make you feel less just cause your experience included contracting. Contractors do all of the hard work that FTE don't want to do.
Thanks for the update.I Have over 9+ years of experience,How much i can expect or ask the recruiter,I think its recruiter game,I will go as FTE to their team but my previous experience includes contractor role
How many years of the 9+ is contract? Ask for at least 175k base it's L5 ffs. L5 and less than 165k is insulting.
