Amazon offer vs zenefits offer

So I am currently working as a consultant with zenefits and have been offered full-time Zenefits TC: 23 lpa + 2 signon + 5%variable. And I also have recieved Amazon sde 1 L4 offer Amazon TC: 15.5 + 8 signon / 6 2nd year signon and 7 RSUs. Haven't been able to decide between the two. And zenefits is getting acquired by a public company so they might also offer additional stock options. Does choosing Amazon become a wrong decision?
