Are they cavemen? in all seriousness, are they bots or what? I escalated an issue that I'm having with a return, and was told that a specialist would respond. The specialist responded from cs-reply@amazon.com with a completely irrelevant email that has nothing to do with what I asked. When I replied to the email telling them that their response is completely irrelevant, they proceed to send another response that has absolutely nothing to do with my issue. Repeated this 2 more times. I recall having similar issues in the past
isn't that a customer service alias used to route external support comms? sounds like some CRM is malfunctioning
I use the chat. Eventually you get to someone and things get sorted.
yeah I used the chat too, and requested to speak with a manager, who told me that my issue can only be handled by some "special team that can only be reached by email" and that they will reach out to me by email. I've contacted live chat 3x about this issue and all told me the same thing, but all these responses from cs-reply@amazon are completely irrelevant and generic . my issue isn't complicated. I returned a jacket (unworns) through UPS pick up. Amazon received the package back in May, and I still haven't been refunded. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company
Sorry to hear that.
That’s just a human error probably. If you want to DM me details, I can have your issue resolved .
notsureifsrs but my issue isn't complicated. I returned a jacket (unworns) through UPS pick up. Amazon received the package back in May, and I still haven't been refunded. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company. tired of contact amazon about this
