More often than not I'm not getting my packages in 2 days. I feel scammed. Can any of the lawyers here weigh in if this is class action lawsuit material?
They definitely don't understand the definition of 'guarenteed delivery in xx days' ..
I don't want $10 I want honest business.
Then shop locally
Why don’t you stop shopping on Amazon?
That’s why I use Paribus and a couple apps that monitor this stuff and get me my credit. I’ve yet to find other businesses that perform like Amazon with speed of delivery though.
Amazon 2 day free shipping has become 3-4 day shipping. I stopped shopping from amazon. I now support local businesses.
I have been thinking of similar lines. It is a slow poison shopping online. It is taking out many of local jobs in the long run and making people couch potatoes.
Just tell them you want them to Lyft it and use your baller Lyft credits to get your stuff
No idea what you're talking about. Only very, very occasionally does my package take longer than 2 days.
Not the case here. 3 years ago that was the case. Maybe I'm just ordering weird shit? But if I guarantee something what does it mean? Does it mean you'll give me $5 if I complain and nothing if I don't? Pretty lame guarantee
I agree with you that it's frustrating when it takes longer. But to answer your question, yes, that is what a guarantee is. If we don't deliver, we make up for it. A guarantee is not infallible delivery, it's a contingency.
Punish them. Order $1 worth of gum bar every other day for next 30 days with prime member 2-day shipping. They probably won't care and you will feel good.
If I want to feel good I'd just order same day delivery (which they actually deliver since they still care about pushing this service) then return everything. I don't want to feel good. I want them to not lie. This is absurd it's like you go to a restaurant and they bring your food an hour late. That makes your food free. Same deal here they should either shut up about the guarantee or back it with more than $5 after complaining. Should be $5/hr up to total amount of order imo.
I have only had Prime items take more than 2 days once (and I order quite a bit). One time I even paid for 1 day delivery and I got a notice that delivery was delayed, and Amazon proactively refunded the cost of shipping. The item still ended up arriving on time.
File a complaint everytime. They will give you 10$ for each thing.
